The home inspection went very well from start to finish. I was notified every step of the way and informed about every detail regarding the house inspected. Richard was very personable and thorough.

He offered great advice on his opinions on the issues discovered. Each of my numerous questions was answered by Richard. After the walk through, Richard stayed onsite to finish the report. The inspection report was in my hands within two hours of the end of the scheduled inspection time.

The inspection was very thorough and the information was very detailed. At the end of the inspection we had a walk through of the findings. Richard walked me through his findings starting with the most severe first.

Out of the handful of companies I considered, Pro Team was the only company that allowed you to do this. The scheduling was followed by a confirmation email, as well as a confirmation call from Mrs Martha. On the call we verified some information about the property and covered any areas that I was concerned about, as well as confirmed the date and time of the actual inspection. I was very pleased with the inspection. Mr. Mobley was very professional and courteous while providing an extremely thorough inspection. Two inspections were done and his report identified some of the same problems but highlighted other problems that were missed.

I would use his services again, without hesitation and plan to highly recommend him to my friends. I would give him a 6/5 if Angies list would let me. Mr. Mobley spent four hours thoroughly inspecting our soon to be home. After completing the inspection he took time to discuss all items addressed in the inspection with pictures and answered all of our questions.

A woman immediately answered the phone, made our day work with 3 days notice, and was very clear about process and expectations. On the expectation day we received a detailed walk through when he was finished, and 24h later a 28 page report with photos of every noted finding no matter how minor. We also received written and verbal summary of the stuff that "really matters" vs what is more cosmetic. Price was a bit more than expected, but he spent ~6 hours at the house and I don't know how long preparing the report.
